According to an official with Charles County government, the plan to build a boat ramp at Chapel Point State Park is a no-go

Many thought the proposal was already dead when the state of Maryland said no to the county in 2006. But on June 15, 2010, Charles County's Planning & Growth Department left the issue an open question (see page 17 of their presentation).

Now, as we've learned from our source, the plan is a no-go.
